Overview
DNASTREAM implemented Ultimo Premium for Maintenance, loaded asset related data, and configured the agreed workflows and processes.
The DNASTREAM project team worked alongside ThamesWey to provide an intuitive, adaptable, scalable, web based and mobile solution to their business challenges.
What We Did
ThamesWey had the aspiration to transform their operating model and focus on their primary activities rather than the supporting services.
Within ThamesWey there was a need to better control costs, optimise output, meet regulations and certifications and improve customer satisfaction. DNASTREAM implemented Ultimo Premium for Maintenance, loaded asset related data, and configured the agreed workflows and processes. The DNASTREAM project team worked alongside ThamesWey to provide an intuitive, adaptable, scalable, web based and mobile solution to their business challenges. We were able to define and configure a solution that met ThamesWey’s requirement to bring multiple sites to one environment. We allowed the business rules and workflows to be standardised across all 3 sites but kept the systems segregated where necessary.
Outcomes
Through DNASTREAM’s extensive Ultimo experience, we were able to advise and guide ThamesWey on how to deploy a common solution across multiple sites and business units and ensure process and governance consistency across these discrete businesses.
DNASTREAM has an ongoing consulting relationship with ThamesWey, which consists of both support for configuration and enhancement of the system and training of end users on how to optimise their use of the Ultimo platform.
